Texas Longhorns targets in the updated On300 for 2023
The Texas Longhorns have more than 30 targets in the updated On300 for the class of 2023. The headliner is No. 1 overall Arch Manning, the lone quarterback Steve Sarkisian has offered in the 2023 cycle.
The 2023 cycle will be one that will be looked upon to fill needs at linebacker, wide receiver and safety, along with continuing to build quality depth on both lines of scrimmage.

Manning is scheduled to be in Austin March 26. Alabama remains the most impactful competition. Georgia, Ole Miss, LSU and Florida are also under consideration.
