Dylan Stewart, EDGE, Washington (D.C.) Friendship Collegiate Academy
The 6-foot-5, 235-pounder is On3’s No. 1 EDGE in the 2024 cycle. He holds offers from Ohio State, Michigan, Alabama, and Penn State. South Carolina is the sleeper here.
The next potential step in his recruitment could be a top schools list, sources tell Inside Texas.
The No. 1 player in the District of Columbia is the No. 27 overall prospect and No. 4 EDGE rusher in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
Danny Okoye, EDGE, Tulsa (Okla.) NOAH Homeschool
The No. 1 prospect in Oklahoma for 2024 picked up his 20th offer today courtesy of the Texas staff.
The 6-foot-5, 230-pound On3 four-star and the No. 16 rated EDGE holds offers from Alabama, Georgia, Arkansas, and Oklahoma State.

INTEL: Elijah Rushing, EDGE, Tucson, (Ariz.) Salpointe Catholic
Rushing is On3’s No. 2 EDGE. Texas offered the 6-foot-6, 225-pounder from Bijan Robinson’s alma mater in May. His film is fantastic, too.
Rushing holds 31 offers and narrowed down his top schools to Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Miami, Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Oregon, Tennessee, UCLA, USC and Washington in November
He’s tripped to all 12 schools except for Michigan and Washington, but the Longhorns are in the running for a trip and Rushing’s services despite missing that initial cut. Rushing is a maybe for Texas’ Junior Day on January 21st. He hopes to have a top five by the end of the spring.
