Texas opens as a favorite against Michigan

The No. 4 Texas Longhorns took care of business against Colorado State to the tune of a 52-0 win. After some struggles, the No. 9 Michigan Wolverines pulled away from the Fresno State Bulldogs with a 17-point fourth quarter.

The two historic programs will meet on Saturday in Ann Arbor, Mich., and CircaSports has released its opening line for the game. The Longhorns will enter Michigan Stadium as a 6-point favorite.

Other SEC games also received lines.

The Arkansas Razorbacks travel to Stillwater, Okla. to face the Oklahoma State Cowboys. Circa has the Cowboys as a 9-point favorite.

The Cal Golden Bears of the Atlantic Coast Conference head to Auburn, Ala. to face Hugh Freeze‘s Tigers. Auburn is a heavy home favorite, favored by 13 points.

SEC play opens this week for two teams: South Carolina and Kentucky. The Gamecocks travel to Lexington, Ky. to face the Wildcats. Both teams are 1-0. The Wildcats are favored by 8.5 points

In the second leg of a home-and-home, the Alabama Crimson Tide host the South Florida Bulls at Bryant-Denny Stadium. Kalen Deboer‘s squad is favored by 31.

Neutral site games are not limited to week one affairs as the Tennessee Volunteers will face the NC State Wolfpack in Charlotte. The Vols and five-star quarterback Nico Iamaleava are favored by 7 points

In what would have been a battle between Big 12 teams last year, the Oklahoma Sooners host the Houston Cougars in Norman this Saturday night. Brent Venables‘ program is favored by 28.

The Missouri Tigers host the Buffalo Bulls and are favored by 34 points.

Finally, Mississippi State travels to the desert in Tempe to face the Arizona State Sun Devils. The Sun Devils are 4-point favorites at home.
