Texas quarterback Quinn Ewers was coming off an injury prior to Texas’ game in Dallas versus Oklahoma at Saturday’s Red River Shootout. When he finally took the field, he looked like he never left. On Monday, the Big 12 named Ewers as the conference’s newcomer of the week after his near-sterling performance.
