The Texas UIL State Track and Field meet will begin May 11 and run through May 13 in Austin. As is usually the case, the Texas signing class will have future Longhorns competing.

The three signees competing this year are athlete Jelani McDonald, offensive tackle Trevor Goosby and Ryan Niblett. Niblett’s spring track season was slowed by a hamstring injury early in the season.

There will also be plenty of Texas targets in the 2024, 2025 and even 2026 classes on hand in Austin for the state meet. That list includes top wide receiver target Micah Hudson.

Inside Texas provides a rundown of the Texas signees and targets competing beginning Thursday.
