Texas Tech will be looking to make it back-to-back wins over the Longhorns after topping UT in overtime in Lubbock, 37-34, in 2022. The Red Raiders have walked out of the state capital with a win twice in recent years in 2015 and 2017.

A Texas win would be the 947th all-time victory, the fourth-winningest college football history. It would also mark the first 11-1 start for a Steve Sarkisian led team and the best for the Longhorns since 2009 (11-0). It would also be the Longhorns’ first 11-win season since 2009.
