Top PFF grades from No. 1 Texas' 34-3 win over Oklahoma
In the first SEC edition of the Red Rivalry Shootout, the No. 1 Texas Longhorns defeated Oklahoma 34-3 on Saturday at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas. Here’s how the team graded out via PFF.

OFFENSE
QB – Quinn Ewers, 54.1
In his first start since the UTSA game, Ewers was a little rusty. He tallied 20-of-29 passing for 199 yards, and one touchdown plus another score on the ground. He was also picked off on the first drive of the game.
RB – Tre Wisner, 74.7
Wisner came in early and stayed often. He had a career day with 118 yards rushing on 13 carries, plus one score in the win. He also caught four balls out of the backfield for 12 yards.
WR – Ryan Wingo, 71.5
While the Horns leaned on the run game most of the day, the true freshman was sharp in his first Red River Shootout. He snagged two catches for 49 yards, and added 25 rushing yards to his tab.
TE – Gunnar Helm, 83.8
Helm was the team’s leading receiver on Saturday with his 5-catch, 91-yard, one-touchdown performance in the Cotton Bowl.

Big changes to updated Top 25
OL – Kelvin Banks, 70.1, Hayden Conner, 72.1, Jake Majors, 69.4
Texas leaned on its veterans along the offensive line on Saturday to the tune of 406 total yards.
DEFENSE
DL/EDGE – Colin Simmons, 72.6, Vernon Broughton, 69.5, Alfred Collins, 78.9. Bill Norton, 77.6
The Longhorns defensive front was strong with Simmons’ five tackles and 1.5 tackles for loss. Broughton added three tackles and numerous pressures, and Collins had three stops and 0.5 tackles for loss as well.
LB – Anthony Hill Jr, 76.5
Hill was absolutely tremendous (11 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, two sacks, and one forced fumble) on Saturday, leading the Texas linebacking crew. He approached 20 MPH on his play on Michael Hawkins, a source tells IT.
CB – Gavin Holmes, 69.1, Malik Muhammad, 64.2
The Texas corners weren’t really tested during Saturday’s win. Jahdae Barron led the CBs with four tackles.

S/N – Jaylon Guilbeau, 65.4, Derek Williams, 72.3, Michael Taaffe, 61.0
Texas’ safeties and nickel continue to put together strong games. Guilbeau and Williams were solid with four tackles and Taaffe added a big sack as well.
