Trill Carter enters the transfer portal
Texas DT Trill Carter has entered the NCAA transfer portal after one season with the Longhorns, Inside Texas has learned.

Carter, who transferred to Texas from Minnesota, recorded nine tackles with 1.5 for loss and one sack for the Longhorns this season.
Prior to his time in Austin, Carter played in four seasons with the Golden Gophers. There, he recorded 56 tackles with 8.0 for loss, 4.0 sacks, and added one interception.
Carter was ranked as the No. 895 overall prospect, the No. 89 defensive tackle, and the No. 93 player in Georgia in the 2019 On3 Industry Ranking.
