One of the best tools available on On3 is its transfer portal database, which tracks almost every FBS player to enter the transfer portal. Features of the transfer portal database include the ability to sort by position, ranking, and best available.

Before getting to the list, it’s important to remember that commitments are not binding, but signings are. Isaiah Neyor committed to Tennessee before flipping to Texas ahead of the 2022 season as an illustration of this point. Johnson signed with Bill Belichick‘s program, ending that recruitment.

The portal is not yet closed either. The last day someone can put together the paperwork to enter the portal is on April 25, next Friday.

With that in mind, let’s get to the list of the top defensive linemen in the transfer portal. Anyone listed is in the top 600 of prospects who entered the portal in both the winter and spring windows.
