2025 On300 DL JuJu Marks names USC in top group
One of the top defenders in the 2025 class has named USC in their top group. Overland Park (Kansas) St. Thomas Aquinas 2025 four-star defensive lineman Julian Marks announced a new top-11 on Monday evening.
The full group of schools is USC, Oklahoma, Michigan, Kansas, Alabama, Oregon, Miami, Tennessee, Missouri, Notre Dame, and Kansas State.
Marks is the nation’s No. 202 overall prospect and No. 20 defensive lineman in the 2025 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking — a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 5 player in Kansas.
On3 rates Marks higher than other major media recruiting services. He is the No. 108 prospect and No. 12 defensive lineman and No. 3 prospect in the 2025 On300.
On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine
The 6-foo-7, 255-pounder holds 29 total offers and the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine currently has Kansas as the favorite to land a commitment from Marks at 20.8%. Kansas State is a close second place at 18.2%.
RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.
It factors in machine learning, social sentiment, visits and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.

Marks does not currently have a publicly listed On3 NIL Valuation. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
