4-Star Maryland Edge Visiting USC April 8
Although 4-Star Edge Obinna Onwuka doesn’t own as many scholarships offers as most ranked among the Top 250 in the nation, he does have several big offers.
One of those offers came from USC OLB coach Roy Manning on Jan. 17.
As of March 21, Onwuka has offers from the Trojans, Virgina Tech, West Virginia, Maryland, Penn St., Boston College, Temple, Toledo, Kent. St., Marshall, Memphis, Colgate and James Madison.
On Monday Onwuka released a list of his Top 7 schools and USC was among the schools. We figured the Trojans would make the cut, because Onwuka has an April unofficial visit scheduled at USC.
Onwuka shared why USC’s getting a visit from him and his family.
“Im interested in USC because of the tradition, awesome program, awesome staff and players,” said Onwuka. “Come on, it’s Cali.”
Boston College with a slight Edge (pardon the pun)
Right now Boston College leads USC 40.7% to 35.6% per the The On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM).
