4-Star Florida RB Cedric Baxter Talks USC Visit and Whether He'll Return

Baxter traveled to Los Angeles March 4-7 for an unofficial visit to USC. The fact it was weekend trip is significant, so was spending a chunk of that weekend with 5-Star QB Commit Malachi Nelson.
