5-star USC QB commit Julian Lewis lights up the scoreboard with 6-touchdown outing
Five-star USC commit Julian Lewis was not in action last week as his Carrollton squad had a bye week. Well, he obviously missed making plays on the field because he put out a career performance on Friday night.
In a 56-24 victory, Lewis was 19-of-29 passing for 455 yards and six touchdowns.
He was 11-of-17 for 273 yards & four touchdowns in the first half.
455-yards is the second most of his career to date and his six touchdowns sets a new personal record, breaking his previous record of five, which he had done four times previously.
Lewis has now passed for 1,575 yards and 24 touchdowns and zero intereceptions through seven games this season. The Trojans have a 6-1 record.
Lewis ranks as the No. 1 player in the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also tabbed in as the No. 1 quarterback and the No. 1 player in the state of Georgia in the 2026 class.
Lewis ready to cash in on NIL

On3 Senior Editor Jeremy Crabtree gave his take on the new rules shift in the state and some of the athletes who will be able to reap its benefits. Some of the names he mentioned were some of the star prospects in the 2024 class. But Lewis is the effectively the unanimous decision among the media of benefactors.
“But a big winner could be 2026 four-star quarterback recruit and USC commit Julian Lewis out of Carrollton, Georgia. He’s viewed by many as the top quarterback prospect in the high school ranks regardless of class. Plus, he’s already put himself in a position to cash in on NIL.”
“The 6-foot, 185-pound Lewis has become a bit of a social media sensation, boasting more than 192,000 followers. That following count can equal real brand dollars down the road for the quarterback.”
On3’s Rusty Mansell, a prominent voice in Georgia high school football also previously said “JuJu is probably the reason that NIL is being looked at hard in Georgia because I don’t care who you are, and what side of the fence you’re on, you got to look at this at some point as a parent and know that young man could have major opportunities.”
