All the new names on the USC 2024 football fall roster

The USC Trojans released the 2024 fall football roster today and there are some new players with whom Trojan fans will want to be familiar. Here’s a look at all the new names on the 2024 fall roster, along with what uniform number they will wear.

No. 9 – WR Jay Fair

The Auburn transfer arrives after two years with the Tigers. He brings 33 receptions for 358 yards and two touchdowns.

No. 22 – CB Braylon Conley

The summer enrollee from USC’s 2024 recruiting class was the nation’s No. 669 overall prospect in the 2024 On3 Industry Ranking.

No. 23 – TE Walter Matthews

Another summer addition from the 2024 recruiting class, Matthews was a big recruiting win for the Trojans as the No. 235 overall prospect and No. 14 tight end.

No. 23 – CB Greedy Vance Jr.

In two years at Louisville and two years at Florida State, Vance collected 71 tackles, four interceptions and a fumble recovery.

No. 27 – QB Dylan Gebbia

Gebbia arrives at USC as a transfer from North Texas. He didn’t play as a true freshman last season. He’s the younger brother of former Oregon State quarterback Tristan Gebbia.

No. 29 – QB Jack Stupin

USC added another body to the quarterback room in Stupin, who prepped at Tustin High School.

No. 31 – LB Jadyn Walker

Walker flipped from Michigan State to USC as part of the Trojans’ 2024 recruiting class.

No. 36 – P Rey Sanchez

Sanchez joins the Trojans as a walk-on from Long Beach City College.

No. 38 – CB Isaiah Rubin

Rubin was a summer enrollee as part of USC’s 2024 recruiting class. He was the nation’s No. 471 overall prospect in the 2024 On3 Industry Ranking.

No. 40 – P Cameron Shirangi

Another of USC’s special teams additions, Shirangi joins the Trojans as a transfer from Pomona-Pitzer via Hawai’i.

No. 47 – SNP Devin McDonough

Another snapper addition this offseason, McDonough comes to USC from El Camino College and will likely back up Michigan State transfer Hank Pepper.

No. 48 – K Ryon Sayeri

The incoming true freshman from Chaminade was an Adidas All-American and has the leg to get into the battle to handle kickoffs for the Trojans.

No. 68 – OL Hayden Treter

Treter is another member of USC’s 2024 recruiting class, finishing as the No. 1,109 prospect in the On3 Industry Rating.

No. 78 – OL Makai Saina

Saina finished the 2024 cycle as the nation’s No. 390 overall prospect.

No. 81 – WR Kyle Ford

Ford returns to USC after spending one season at UCLA.

No. 82 – WR Seth Zamora

Zamora caught 27 passes for 330 yards and two touchdowns as a senior at Centennial last season. He’s the younger brother of USC wide receiver Josiah Zamora.

No. 83 – WR Donovan Wood

A Division III transfer from Middlebury, Wood caught 131 passes for 2,246 yards and 19 touchdowns over the past three seasons.

No. 84 – WR Charles Ross

Ross spent two years at Nevada and three at San Jose State before transferring to USC this offseason. He brings 69 receptions for 893 yards and four touchdowns with him to the Trojans.

No. 85 – TE Walker Lyons

Lyons signed with USC in the 2023 recruiting class and is back home after finishing an 18-month Mormon mission in Norway. He was the No. 119 overall prospect and No. 7 tight end in the 2023 On3 Industry Ranking.

No. 89 – WR Collin Fasse

Fasse joins the Trojans as a walk on from St. Joseph High School in Santa Maria, California. He was injured and missed most of his senior season, but as a junior in 2022, he caught 64 passes for 1,221 yards and 19 touchdowns in 11 games.

No. 91 – DT Gavin Meyer

A transfer from Wyoming, Meyer recorded 67 tackles, including 8.5 for loss and four sacks in four years with the Cowboys.

No. 92 – DT Carlon Jones

The big lineman finished the 2024 cycle as the nation’s No. 212 overall prospect and N. 19 defensive lineman. USC won a tough recruiting battle against Ohio State and Nebraska for Jones.

No. 93 – DT Ratumana Bulabalavu

Bulabalavu flipped from Washington in the 2024 class, in which he finished as the No. 761 overall prospect.

No. 96 – K Michael Lantz

Lantz transferred in from Georgia Southern and should compete immediately for the starting kicker position for USC. He spent three years at Minnesota before moving on to Georgia Southern. In his five-year career, He’s hit 31-of-39 field goals, 92-of-94 extra points and forced 69 touchbacks on 146 kickoffs.
