Kalolo Ta'aga

USC has made yet another addition to their class of 2024 as Palo Alto (Cal.) Archbishop Riordan offensive tackle Kalolo Ta’aga has announced his pledge to the Trojans. He made his decision public Sunday evening.

Ta’aga, 6-foot-7, 270 pounds, chose the Trojans over Arizona, Cal, and Utah. The Trojans were able to cement themselves in his recruitment following an official visit Dec. 8-10.

He is the fifth offensive lineman commitment of the Trojans 2024 class.

Ta’aga is a one time San Jose State commit who has picked up serious power five interest in recent months. USC entered his recruitment on November 28, extending an offer and immediately worked to get him on campus.

This is an especially intriguing prospect as Ta’aga is a first year football player, previously in a basketball background. As raw of a prospect as he is mixed with his size, he has a very, very high ceiling and potential for his future.

Ta’aga is currently ranked as the No. 819 overall prospect and No. 50 offensive tackle in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 58 player in California.
