Four-Star LB Jadon Perlotte Commits to USC
Buford (GA) HS four-star Georgia linebacker commit Jadon Perlotte announced his commitment to USC today.
Perlotte is currently the No. 201 overall prospect, No. 21 linebacker in the 2025 cycle and No. 27 ranked player in Georgia per the On3 Industry Rankings.
Perlotte took an unofficial visit to USC this past weekend weekend. He arrived in Los Angeles late Friday night.
Perlotte got his offer from the Trojans in the spring of 2023, but the relationship with USC seemed to cool after Brian Odom’s departure.
But interest picked up from new defensive line coach Eric Henderson and the Trojans are set to bring Perlotte in as an Edge prospect.
USC fans may have seen a post of him after Julian “JuJu” Lewis committed to the Trojans. He simply tagged Lincoln Riley and then USC linebackers coach Brian Odom next to three ‘Fight On’ emojis.

We spoke with Perlotte about Lewis committing and his level of interest in USC.
“That’s the move! “I love it,” Perlotte said of Lewis committing. “Troy Polamalu was my favorite player. And I love it every time I’m down there.”
As a junior, Perlotte recorded 55 tackles, including eight for loss and two sacks, to go with five pass deflections and an interception.
Perlotte June official visits
Although committed to Georgia, Perlotte took official visits to Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and Miami. Now he plans to take another official visit to USC at some point during the football season.
2025 USC Commits (14)
The Trojans currently have 12 verbal commits from the class of 2025 in Julian “JuJu” Lewis, Matai Tagoa’i, Romero Ison, Harry Dalton, Trestin Castro, Gus Cordova, Shamar Arnoux, Willi Wascher, Riley Wormley, Hayden Lowe, Elijah Vaikona, Corey Simms, Daune Morris and Tanook Hines.
