Lincoln Riley — USC loses a heartbreaker at home in overtime to Penn State.

USC hosted the No. 4 ranked Penn St. Nittany Lions at the L.A. Coliseum and I have all of the notes & observations from the Trojans 33-30 loss in overtime.

Garry Paskwietz (1966-2019)
