In my humble opinion, cardinal and gold thoughts on what I see, what I hear, and what I think from Los Angeles. Patience: Here's a little secret, the recruiting Class of 2022 is likely less than one-fourth done, and there may be some Trojan recruits who may have already signed but are waiting to announce their intentions at one of the two post-season nationally televised prep all-star games. Least we forget, two of those potential signees are defensive end Cyrus Moss (Las Vegas, Nev./ Bishop Gorman) and wide receiver C.J. Williams (Santa Ana, Calif./Mater Dei). Patience - Part 2: And, after further review, there is still a critical February signing period with some must-get offensive linemen out there still for the offering, and let's not forget that meat market known as the NCAA Transfer Portal. For the reenergized USC fan base, patience is a recruiting virtue, and head coach Lincoln Riley reinforced it during Friday's recruiting press conference. It takes patience.
