IMHO Sunday: The grand entrance, Baby, I am ready to go!
In my humble opinion, cardinal and gold thoughts on what I see, what I hear, and what I think from Los Angeles: The grand entrance: USC head coach Lincoln Riley is headstrong into changing the culture of the Trojans' program and filling the Coliseum to capacity, and his athletic director Mike Bohn will do everything he can to support his coach to make it happen. Well, if the Trojans' brass really wants to ramp it up, they can begin with the first 2022 Coliseum home game against the Rice Owls with a reimagined, high-powered pregame production from the time the Trojans leave their locker room, walk down the famed Coliseum tunnel, and make their grand entrance prior to kickoff. The grand entrance - Part 2: The Trojans need a greater Hollywood splash entrance. Do what the NFL does: let the majority of the Trojans team take the field and form a spirit tunnel, and then introduce the offense or defensive starters. For a USC Coliseum example, "At quarterback a sophomore from Washington DC Gonzaga College Prep, No. 13, Caleb Williams" or "At defensive tackle a junior from Gardena, California, Lawndale High, No. 49, Tuli Tuipulotu." You don't think local and national recruits would take notice of that?
