IMHO Sunday: The Heisman is coming home

In my humble opinion, cardinal and gold thoughts on what I see, what I hear, and what I think from Los Angeles: The Heisman: One thing about the eight USC Heisman Trophy winners like Caleb Williams, who was named the 88th Heisman Trophy recipient on Saturday night in New York City, in most cases, leaving little doubt in total ballot voting points and no doubt the latest Heisman is coming home. The Heisman – Part 2: So, Heritage Hall now prepares for a new member into the USC Heisman Trophy family of statues, and this particular Heisman will be something really special. It will go on display knowing its honoree will again be playing for the cardinal and gold in 2023 or maybe 2024 into the Big Ten. You did hear Caleb say in his acceptance speech that he has another year or two at USC. Not that anybody really thinks that CW will be still around in 2024, but it doesn't hurt to do a little wishful thinking. .
