It has become a weekly occurrence but five-star USC commit Julian Lewis was surgical on Friday night, making quick work of his opponent. Lewis and his Carrollton squad improved to 4-1 on the season with a 47-14 victory.

In this game, Lewis was done fairly quickly, only attempting 10 passes. But in those 10 attempts, Lewis completed eight of them for 137 passing yards and three touchdown passes.

With the performance, Lewis set a new career record with a 160.4 quarterback rating.

The No. 1 prospect in the country is now up to 990 passing yards and 14 touchdowns on the season. He has zero interceptions and is completing 69% of his passes.

Lewis’ top target through the air is Alabama tight end commit Caleb Odom. He currently has 375 receiving yards and six touchdowns.

Even prior to his August 22 commitment to USC, Julian Lewis was among the hottest of topics in the football recruiting world. After all, he is the No. 1 ranked prospect in the class of 2026. But after last week, Lewis won’t just be talked about in the recruiting world, but instead just the *sports* world.

Julian ‘JuJu’ Lewis became the youngest football player ever to don the cover of Sports Illustrated.

His feature comes as part of SI’s ‘The Money Issue’, which focuses on some of the biggest names in the Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) space. Some of the other names involved are LSU star gymnast Olivia Dunne, LSU women’s basketball star Angel Reese, and Michigan running back Blake Corum. Lewis’ story was written by Brian Burnsed.

Lewis’ growing On3 NIL Valuation

Lewis has an On3 NIL Valuation of $497K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

“Lewis is already primed to succeed in the new era of college sports. While the Georgia High School Athletic Association prohibits athletes from monetizing their publicity rights, the Carrollton High quarterback has done everything else to put himself in a position to eventually cash in on NIL,” wrote On3’s Pete Nakos.

His NIL valuation grew by 181% following his commitment to USC.

Lewis ranks as the No. 1 player in the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also tabbed in as the No. 1 quarterback and the No. 1 player in the state of Georgia in the 2026 class.
