Kickoff Time Set For USC - Arizona State on Oct. 1
The USC Trojans will kick off under the lights yet again in two weeks as the October 1 home game against Arizona State has been set for 7:30 pm PT. The game will air on ESPN.
It will be the third-straight night game for USC and the second home game in a row to kick off at 7:30 pm. The Trojans took care of Fresno State this past weekend in a late start. This coming Saturday, USC will kick off at Oregon State at 6:30 pm PT. That game will air on Pac-12 Network.
Despite the late kick, it will likely be the Pac-12 game that gets the most exposure that day. Washington plays at UCLA, but that game is set for Friday, Sept. 30. That Saturday, Oregon State is at Utah in a game that will kick at 11:00 am. Cal plays at Washington State at 2:30. And Colorado is at Arizona, scheduled for a 6:30 kickoff. But all three of those games will air on Pac-12 Network.
The other late game is Stanford at Oregon, which will air on FS1 and kick at 8:00 pm.
Arizona State’s Rocky Week
It’s an interesting time to play the Sun Devils. Arizona State lost to Eastern Michigan this past weekend. That proved to be the final straw for head coach Herm Edwards, who was relieved of duties on Sunday.

Edwards will be replaced by Shaun Aguano, who will serve as head coach on an interim basis. It’s a quick rise to the position for Aguano, who was the head coach at Chandler (Ariz.) High School before Edwards brought him on staff in January 2019. Aguano served as running backs coach for the Sun Devils.
As if that change wasn’t enough to deal with, Arizona State has quite the schedule coming up. It might wind up being the toughest three-game conference stretch any Pac-12 team plays this season.
Arizona State hosts Utah on Saturday. The Sun Devils then travel to Los Angeles to take on the Trojans the following week. And Arizona State is back home the week after that as Washington visits Tempe.
