Maximus Gibbs is already a big addition to USC's defensive line
Nearly two weeks ago towards the beginning of a USC football practice, all eyes were on true freshman offensive lineman Maximus Gibbs when he broke the Trojans' post-warm up huddle and made his way over to the sideline for USC's first team drill of the day. This drill was a new practice wrinkle Donte Williams put in after taking over as interim head coach, but after two weeks, media had become accustomed to this routine. What put Gibbs in the spotlight that day was the fact that he was walking to the wrong sideline, clutching the wrong colored jersey in his hands.
