Jahkeem Stewart announces for USC.

‘Thanos’ is in

Five-star defensive lineman Jahkeem Stewart is a USC Trojan. This is one USC absolutely had to have on signing day. Credit to defensive line coach Eric Henderson for reeling in a five-star lineman and the nation’s No. 16 overall player.

Another miss for the Trojans

USC swings and misses again on signing day as local four-star linebacker Madden Faraimo signs with Notre Dame. The Trojans hosted Faraimo on an official visit this past weekend. That makes three out of the past four years the Irish have come into Southern California to grab an impact linebacker away from the Trojans.

USC misses on a big target

USC made a late run at defensive tackle Josiah Sharma, but the four-star prospect ranked as the nation’s No. 158 recruit sticks with his Texas pledge.

More help for the defensive line

Defensive lineman Gus Cordova is officially signed. Cordova was one of the more vocal recruits during this cycle and was locked in ever since announcing his commitment all the way back in March.

A future center?

USC has had some issues in landing the center of the future in recent classes as Micah Banuelos moved positions and Jason Zandamela left early in his career for Florida. The Trojans have someone new lined up for that spot in Willi Wascher.

USC lands in-state tight end

Another former Utah commitment is in the fold as tight end Nela Tupou signs with USC. He could play defensive end or tight end at the next level but he’ll start on the offensive side. That tight end room at USC is full of young talent right now.

Another DL big man to USC

A native of Canada, defensive lineman Floyd Boucard initially committed to Oklahoma before pulling back and eventually landing with the Trojans. This is a 6-foot-3, 325-pound body headed to the interior of the USC defensive line.

Versatile defender signs with USC

Defensive coordinator D’Anton Lynn constantly talks about wanting versatile defenders who can do a lot of things. He has another one in Matai Tagoa’i, a 6-foot-3, 200-pound linebacker who could play safety, linebacker or out on the edge.

Local CB is a Trojan

There’s more length coming to the USC cornerback room as Trestin Castro is added to the group. He’s a confident corner who can run and has a chance to be an impact player for the Trojans.

The QB is in

Five-star quarterback Husan Longstreet is officially a Trojan. This was an interesting quarterback cycle as USC held a commitment from Julian Lewis for the longest time as he visited other programs. At the end, the Trojans made the move with Longstreet and were able to flip him from Texas A&M. This is a big, big get for USC and head coach Lincoln Riley.

The 6-foot-8, 370-pound Elijah Vaikona signs with USC, giving the Trojans a ton of size up front.

Elite Utah OL Aaron Dunn Signs with USC

The second half of the offensive tackle bookend flips is in as former Utah commit Aaron Dunn makes it official with USC.

Big-time Georgia Safety Dee Reddick is in

USC became the third school to which Dee Reddick delivered a commitment and the Trojans hang on to the talented safety. He committed to Auburn and UCF previously. This is a talented defender who will deliver a hit from the secondary.

Four-Star WR Corey Simms is Signed

USC gets a big, physical wide receiver in the 6-foot-3, 205-pound Corey Simms.

More speed headed to the Trojans

Running back Riley Wormley is in. He and Harry Dalton could form a real thunder and lightning pairing in the USC backfield.

Four-Star WR Tanook Hines Signs with USC

Four-star wideout Tanook Hines is from a football family and can flat-out run, posting a 10.45 100 and 20.71 200 as a junior.

Three-Star DL Cash Jacobsen Signs with the Trojans

The big defensive lineman looked like a lock to head to Oklahoma before USC got significantly involved. His commitment to the Trojans was met with plenty of surprise by Sooners fans.

Do-it-all athlete is a Trojan

James Johnson can play receiver or defensive back and runs track as well. He’ll be headed to the secondary with Doug Belk and could play a number of spots there.

Trojans add to TailbackU

USC finishes things off for 5-foot-11, 205-pound Harry Dalton, who got a big push from Alabama at the end of the process. This is a really impressive running back who played quarterback in high school.
