O/NSO: Football season ticket renewal edition

The Obvious: Friday, March 6, is the deadline for USC football season tickets renewal. (UPDATED) Due to some malfunctions in the system, according to an official email, the TAF (Trojans Athletic Fund) members deadline has been extended to March 11.

The Not So Obvious: For this week’s O/NSO, it’s power back to the people. This is your chance to be express yourself as part of this column through the Garry P message board. Take a look at the season ticket renewal options below, select a choice that best fits your decision, and comment why you selected that choice. The O/NSO looks forward to you expressing your choice in a civil manner for this very unscientific survey. And by the way, if you’ve never been part of the Garry P message board, climb aboard and welcome; there’s no cost for participating. For you veterans of the board, you know the drill.

Here are your voting options below:

(A) I decided to renew my season tickets and here’s why.

(B) I decided not to renew my season tickets and here’s why.

(C) I’ve never been a season ticket holder, but I decided to become a first-time season ticket holder and here’s why.

(D) I won’t be a season ticket holder, but I will explore the secondary market if I want to go to a home game and here’s why.

(E) Other

USC fans (photo above) have been very passionate and vocal on the current state of the Trojans' football program.. Many are expressing their sentiments either way by renewing or discontinuing their season tickets.

The Obvious: And finally, okay, you have your five options, but if you want to add a new another option, have at it.

The Not So Obvious: Thanks for participating and take comfort that somebody in either or both the football program/athletic department will be reading your post. Now all you have to do is post your comments on the Garry P. message board.
