O/NSO: The goal post has moved edition

The Obvious: Like a moving goal post, college football teams like the USC Trojans are trying to adjust and play the NIL game without making a complete mockery of the situation. The Not So Obvious: After watching college football for over two generations and change, the O/NSO is revolted by the state of college football. First, there are many schools that play by the rules of basically an NIL game that seems to have little or no rules. However, there are schools that don’t give a hoot and basically go by the mantra that it’s not how you play the game, but rather it’s if you win or lose a recruit or transfer.
