Out Of The Transfer Portal: Offensively These Guys Make Sense For USC

The Spring transfer portal window officially opens on April 16th and will remain open for two weeks. We anticipated that USC's roster would see a few guys leave, and that process has begun. However, those roster spots won't stay vacant long. Lincoln Riley confirmed he and his staff will be active participants and looking to bring in guys who can help on both sides of the ball.
