Rancho Cucamonga WR Cam Sermons Commits to USC
Three-star Rancho Cucamonga (CA) WR Cameron Sermons announced his commitment to USC on Monday morning.
Sermons is the brother of 2026 five-star USC cornerback commit RJ Sermons and the son of Trojans legacy from the 1990’s Rodney Sermons.
The talented and versatile Sermons had 37 receptions for 765 yards to go with 1,200 all-purpose yards and seven touchdowns in 11 games in 2024, for an average of 21.7 yards per catch. Sermons also runs track with a fastest reported time of 10.46 in the 100-meters and a 21.52 in the 200 meters.
We’re told Sermons is being brought in as a preferred walk on by USC and will enroll in June.
Brother RJ Sermons
RJ Sermons is a legacy recruit for the Trojans. His father Rodney played running back for the school from 1994-1997. Secondary coach Doug Belk is heading USC’s charge for the defensive back, while Riley is also doing his part in making Sermons feel like a priority in Los Angeles.

Sermons announced his commitment to the Trojans last month.
“I love the environment,” Sermons said. “Everything about it is great. I’ve been around LA since I was little and the football is great.
“I feel like there’s a lot of places that try to be like it, but I feel like there’s no place like LA.”
2025 USC commits (22)
The Trojans currently have 22 verbal commits from the class of 2025, THE LATEST 11 coming from Jahkeem Stewart, Cash Jacobsen, Alex Graham, Aaron Dunn, Nela Tupou, Stephen Miller, Floyd Boucard, James Johnson, Alex Payne, Dee Reddick and Waymond Jordan Jr.
