Ruben Report: Kobe Johnson Is Another D’Anthony Melton

The Trojans appear to be in every “expert's” top-25 for the coming season and many are predicting USC will win the Pac-12. While that would be a glorious way to leave the conference, these predictions are more than a bit ridiculous at this point. Right now the Trojans have only nine scholarship players for the coming season. While a backcourt of Isaiah Collier, Boogie Ellis and Kobe Johnson may be as good or better than any other in the country only Oziyah Sellers is behind them. That won’t work and the Trojan coaching staff knows it. How they will fill out the roster is shrouded in mystery.
