After questioning jury foreperson, Judge Shaller rules juror with language barrier is dismissed. CACI 5014. Come on down Jury Alternate 1. You are now officially a voting member of the Jury. Jury deliberations must begin “again.” “From the beginning.” #mcnair #ncaa #usc

Judge said, “I feel like we are a family,” but excused juror from service. Jury Alternate 1 promoted to the Jury. Shaller then instructed “new” jury panel that it must begin deliberations “from the beginning.” A noticeable gasp/sigh from some jurors. Jury back to deliberations.
