Updated rankings on all 15 USC commits in 2024 class

Tuesday morning, there were some shifts in the On3 Industry Rankings as Rivals, one of the four major recruiting media companies, updated their rankings. USC commits did move much, but there were some slight changes.

Following the latest rankings release, here at the all 15 USC commitments and where they now rank, nationally, and by position.
