USC Injury Report: Trojans' availability against UCLA
The Big Ten injury report is out as the USC Trojans are set to kick off against the UCLA Bruins. Here’s a look at the players listed as out and questionable and what it means for both programs.
USC Availability Report
OUT
DE Solomon Tuliaupupu
OT Micah Banuelos
Questionable
The USC program has been battling the flu for more than a week so the availability report always had the chance to have some surprising names on it based on that. But it looks relatively tame this week as the Trojans are pretty well healthy on both sides of the ball.
It’s the first time in a while that neither Kamari Ramsey nor Jacobe Covington appears on a report. Both were on the field against Nebraska for the first time in weeks.
Shelby is one to watch as he missed the Nebraska game last week. USC went with Sam Greene and Kameryn Fountain at the defensive end spots against the Huskers and both figure to get a significant number of snaps again in this one. USC does lose some depth at the position with Tuliaupupu out. The veteran hasn’t started this year but has played double-digit snaps in eight games.

Wide receiver Rico Flores Jr. and offensive tackle Nike Prongos are still listed as out for the Bruins, though head coach DeShaun Foster said this week and both could return against USC. If indeed neither play, those are big losses for the Bruins. That’s a dynamic wide receiver and UCLA’s starting left tackle.
