USC offers 2024 Arkansas LB Wyatt Simmons
A new offer has been reported as Searcy (Ark.) Harding Academy linebacker Wyatt Simmons went to Twitter to announce he has earned an offer USC.
The offer is the third to be extended to a 2024 linebacker in as many days by the Trojans.
Simmons is the No. 519 overall prospect and No. 54 linebacker in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 6 player in Arkansas.
“I’m grateful to receive an offer from USC.”
On3 ranks Simmons slightly higher than the rest of the industry, tabbing him as the No. 41 linebacker in the 2024 class. With his recent surge of offers and his name getting around, it is possible we see his ranking rise in the future.
Simmons has seen his recruitment absolutely blow up in recent weeks after he posted his junior highlights on May 9. Every one of his offers has come since.
The group of offers includes Auburn, Arkansas, Clemson, USC, Florida State, Miami, Texas, South Carolina, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Illinois, Oklahoma State, UNLV, SMU, Southern Miss, Liberty, UTSA, UAB, Arkansas State, and Tulsa.
