USC offers 2025 top-5 TE Dasaahn Brame out of Kansas
In a seemingly brief string of tight end offers in the 2025 cycle, USC has extended an offer to Derby (Kan.) four-star tight end Dasaahn Brame. He announced the offer on Sunday via Twitter/X.
Brame ranks as the No. 112 overall recruit in the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also tabbed in as the No. 4 tight end and the No. 3 player in the state of Kansas in the 2025 class.
In the 2023 season as a junior, Brame hauled in 46 receptions for 942 receiving yard and 13 touchdowns.
With the USC offer in hand, Brame, 6-foot-6 and 225 pounds, holds 30 total offers in his recruitment.
The offer to Brame has a bit more intrigue to it as Brame has previously announced a top group. Among those are: Oregon, Tennessee, Alabama Oklahoma, Florida, Michigan, Texas A&M, and Kansas State. With USC’s entry into his recruitment, they will have to work their way into an already competitive group. The offer from USC is his first since releasing his top group.
“It is hard to focus on schools with 30 offers,” he said to On3 in December. “I was ready to narrow it down, focus on these and I plan to commit in mid-summer. It should happen during the dead period in July. I am now working to get to the finish line. I will keep going out, taking visits, talk to the players and find the best school for me.”

On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine
The On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine currently has the Kansas State Wildcats as the favorite to land a commitment from Brame at 37.9%. Oklahoma comes in second at 20.2%.
RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.
It factors in machine learning, social sentiment, visits and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.
Brame does not currently have a publicly listed On3 NIL Valuation. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
