USC offers 2026 Sierra Canyon ATH Madden Riordan
This weekend, the USC Trojans extended an offer to one of the top 2026 prospects in Los Angeles. Pasadena (Calif.) Sierra Canyon athlete Madden Riordan went to Twitter/X to announce his offer from USC.
In the announcement, he said “Blessed and honored to say I have received an offer from my dream school, the University of Southern California.”
The Sierra Canyon standout has had a stellar sophomore season to this point, playing in all nine games. He has racked up 19 tackles and a team leading two interceptions.
Riordan also has a team leading eight pass deflections as well as a forced fumble. He has been all over the defensive backfield for Sierra Canyon.
Riordan is teammates with a pair of 2024 USC commits in wide receiver Xavier Jordan and defensive back Marquis Gallegos.

2026 Class for USC
The 2026 class is off to a hot start for the Trojans. The headliner of the class (and country) is Carrollon (Ga.) five-star quarterback Julian Lewis, who committed to USC earlier this season.
Lewis ranks as the No. 1 player in the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also tabbed in as the No. 1 quarterback and the No. 1 player in the state of Georgia in the 2026 class.
Also, committed in the class is a local standout in Los Alamitos (Calif.) wide receiver Tron Baker.
There are also several names who are trending with the Trojans in recent weeks, a major one being Los Angeles (Cal.) Loyola cornerback Brandon Lockhart, the No. 1 prospect in California.
