USC Transfer Portal Watchlist: Offense 1.0

On December 4, the transfer will officially open up, available for players of all age/years to enter. In the meantime though, graduate transfers and players in programs of an already fired/departed coach are free to enter the portal. The early entrants are also available to make visits and commitments at this time. But, you will some younger players announcing their intention to enter the portal when it opens. USC is expected to be a program thoroughly involved in the portal this offseason.
