USC Trojans' home game against Rutgers scheduled for Friday night kickoff

FOX Sports announced its full FOX College Football Friday schedule today, which includes games featuring programs from the Big Ten, Big 12 and Mountain West. The USC Trojans are now scheduled to play in one Friday night game this season.

USC’s home game against Rutgers will kick off on Friday, Oct. 25 at 8 pm PT. The game will air on FOX. That game will have a gigantic lead-in as it will kick after the conclusion of Game 1 of the World Series.

FOX Sports is leaning in hard to grabbing a chunk of the Friday night college football action this season and it’s also looking to capitalize on that late-night window. Fellow Big Ten newcomers Oregon, UCLA and Washington all have two Friday night games scheduled.

Three of USC’s 2024 games now have announced kickoff times. The Trojans will open the season against LSU at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Sunday, September 1 at 4:30 pm PT and air on ABC. USC’s game at Michigan in Week 4 will kick at 12:30 pm PT and air on CBS.
