USC Trojans Miss on Some Big Transfer Portal Targets

USC recently announced the signings of six big transfer portal additions. But it hasn't been all smooth sailing for USC head coach Lincoln Riley and the Trojans when it comes to chasing transfer portal players this offseason. Two recent decisions have gone against the Trojans at important positions.
