USC with 16 offers out to prospects on 2026 On3 Top 100 Watch List
Monday marks On3’s first rankings release for football prospects the 2026 cycle with the Top 100 Watch List. The ranking is comprised of prospects who are entering their sophomore seasons. It will expand to the On300 next spring and be updated on a regular schedule throughout the remainder of the cycle.
The 100 prospects that compose the watch list have an early four-star rating. The majority have a grade of 90 (the lowest four-star grade) with 10 holding a grade of 91.
In this early ranking, all prospects are rated as low four-stars. The rankings are presented in a watch list format rather than a numerical order. Ten prospects have a grade of 91 and the remaining 90 prospects hold a grade of 90. The prospects are listed by position and sorted by rating and alphabetical order.
We will finish each recruiting cycle with 32 five-stars. The rankings will be updated on a regular schedule throughout the year as we gain information and further exposure to the prospects. This ranking will be expanded to the On300 during the spring.
