USC's defensive coaches see a 'long, long way to go'

USC's new defensive coaches must be eating healthy these days because they were in no mood to sugarcoat anything following the second practice of the spring for the Trojans. There are 162 days before USC players will suit up and take on Rice in the 2022 season opener. Trojans' defensive coordinator Alex Grinch was blunt in his diagnosis of the USC defense to this point.
