There was a time when the City of Los Angeles hosted a fun and intense Crosstown Showdown rivalry game. And every now and then the urban feud still gets a little testy, but recently the game hasn't had much of an impact nationally, or much less, regionally. The color of the Victory Bell is an indicator of the rivalry's health.
