The latest edition of the 2026 On300 rankings is out, and while Georgia holds just a single commit in the rising junior cycle, he managed to make a big leap in this update.

Quarterback Jared Curtis, who committed to the Bulldogs in late March of this year, rose up the rankings from a previous No. 36 to No. 19 overall, putting him firmly in the five-star mix as the cycle progresses.

A product of Nashville, Tennessee’s Nashville Christian School, Curtis was named On3’s MVP for the Under Armour camp stop in Music City with On3’s Director of Scouting and Rankings Charles Power saying of Curtis:

“On a blustery spring day, Curtis had zero issues delivering well-thrown passes with palpable velocity. The Nashville native’s throws cut through the wind. The ball jumps out of Curtis’ hand. We saw him uncork some beautiful throws on vertical routes during the 1-on-1 period. Curtis also showed the ability to locate his passes into tight windows on outbreaking routes. This setting largely confines quarterbacks to pure passing situations and the 6-foot-3.5, 225-pounder looked like a top arm talent.”

While Curtis ranks as the nation’s No. 1 quarterback in the On3 Industry Ranking, he is the number three quarterback in the On300, trailing Faizon Brandon and Dia Bell.

Elsewhere in the ranking, major Georgia offensive line target Jackson Cantwell rose to No. 4 in the country overall and was named a new five-star by On3.

In-state linebacker Tyler Atkinson slipped slightly from No. 16 to No. 21 overall, and safety target Zelus Hicks also dropped slightly to No. 24 from a previous No. 21. EDGE target Jordan Carter met the same fate, down from No. 15 to No. 20 currently.

Look for Georgia to continue to flesh out its 2026 class over the course of this summer with camp season coming into focus. The same will be true of 2025, obviously, where the Bulldogs currently hold the No. 8 ranked class in the cycle.
