Alabama vs. LSU odds: Early point spread released on Crimson Tide, Tigers
While Week 11 features a bevy of fantastic games, perhaps the best game in the SEC this season will take place in Week 10, as Alabama and LSU will clash this weekend.
Seemingly every season, the SEC West comes down to Alabama–LSU. In what has become one of the conference’s staple games, the two historic programs will once again face off in Tuscaloosa. Both teams have been playing good football as of late, setting up for what should be an incredible matchup.

Even if there are people predicting LSU to win throughout the week, the oddsmakers are not going to bet against the Crimson Tide. According to Fan Duel, Alabama is a 4.5-point favorite heading into Saturday’s game. Rarely do you even find a Nick Saban team go into a game as an underdog and this one will be no different. The over/under is set at 58.5.
We have had plenty of Alabama-LSU games where the story is the defenses, wondering how offenses were going to be able to move the ball. This one is going to be different, with Jalen Milroe and Jayden Daniels having a ton of recent success. A big chunk play could occur at the snap of a finger, especially given the skill position players available.
Injuries are going to play a big factor as well. Brian Kelly is hoping his team can get back to full strength, while Alabama had a few players dealing with minor injuries. Having a bye week before the game is always a plus for the two programs, making sure everyone is healthy for the year’s biggest showdown.
