Bama AD tells fans to 'fight back,' help fund NIL
After narrowly missing the expanded College Football Playoff, Alabama athletic director Greg Byrne is urging Tide fans to "fight back" and help fund the school's NIL fund.
F*cked up. Jesus.
Fight! Fight! Fight!
This is awesome. And the next market correction is already starting; coaches giving back salary to pay for NIL. Three have done it so far (Kelly, Norvell, Gundy) and Ross Dellinger says others are in the works. The days of overpaid coaches and especially crazy buyouts are over.
But not Franklin. How does this market correction help us?

You tell me - sustainable? This is before having to pay athletes an additional $20mm a year….players will make more than coaches soon.
Yes, rather surprised.I would have guessed that Texas would be higher and that Oregon would be much higher
Bama AD should be pushing for 9 conference games. Maybe when that playing field is even then they wouldn’t lose out on the playoffs.![]()

There will be more. Bet on it.
Of course there will. They haven’t killed the game off completely yet.
Gradually….then suddenly.
