Hall of Fame coach 'Lefty' Driesell dies at 92

Hall of Fame college basketball coach Charles Grice "Lefty" Driesell, who won 786 games while leading four different Division I schools to 100 victories, died Saturday morning. He was 92.

We went down to Charlottesville for Ralph Sampson last game. They were wearing tuxedos there were signs in the Piggy Wiggly store. I told my boys ain’t no sign in no Piggy Wiggly store gonna beat us

I remember Lefty from the glory days of ACC basketball when the conference was very deep and very talented.

Lefty recruited a ton of top notch talent. I still have fond memories of Len Bias going against Michael Jordan.

Those were the days and Lefty will be missed.
