I lived in Northern Virginia near DC from the mid 90s through 2003.

One of the greatest benefits of moving back to PA was no longer hearing so much of this creep on my local news.

Yeah. This is the quintessential Snyder story. Snyder’s young daughter was going to a sleepover and when her friend’s father went to Snyder’s house to pick her up he said, “Hello, Dan.” “It’s Mr. Snyder to you.”

Snyder had a normal upbringing, he went to Woodward HS in Rockville, MD, was a classmate of my cousin’s. My cousin says he was an ordinary kid.
