I seriously doubt this 'author' has any experience outside of his student/classroom career. His Real world 'Performance' is lacking all aspects of critical thinking in favor of - do not hurt the feelings of others. One can only hope this fad will be a short life span - this must be eliminated or the class war of the minority will continue.
Of the United States population -- White 66% .... Hispanic 17% ... Black 13% ... Gay ... 3% .... trans less than 1%.
Don't forget the Asian population.

Interesting that 17% of Californians are Asians. I believe that combined with the large Hispanic population there, the resulting white population is below 50%, although still the largest single group.Don't forget the Asian population.
