Game threads are helpful. They let you know who is emotionally unstable and provide good material for later dunks.

Coach Bear Bryant used to see when his players would quit. The sooner the better so they would quit in practice and not the game.

It's clear when some fans quit. Too bad they don't leave but they come back for the party.
