Nation's top scorer, former Quinnipiac star Rebecca Cooke, commits to Penn State women's soccer
Penn State officially picked up a massive transfer for its 2023 recruiting class.
I aways felt sad that Welsh didn't get a better chance with the Nats. But she didn't go to UNC (and wasn't an ACC player either).
Another transfer in. She was quite a player in her youth, being a member of the USW U-17, U-20, and U-23 teams.
