Sounds like it really didn't work out. "There is not too much experience on Rucci’s resume, only playing in five games during his time in Madison."
Hmm. Rucci barely played in three seasons at Wisconsin. Remember when a large majority of the fan base bashed the coaching staff for not being able sign the top player in PA, a PSU legacy, and letting him get away to Madison? I do. Seems like a it of complaining about nothing.
Nolan went full blown Tony Mandarich going from HS to college . Hope he can salvage something out of his career .

Parents and the brothers liked the culture and the fanbase in Madison better than PSU. How did that work out ?
This is like watching a couple break up over Facebook and then one of them starts posting pictures with the “new” paramour 24 hours later. Drama for guys.

Rumors are he wants $1.6 million in NIL from Ole Miss. They offered 900k supposedly. This is getting ridiculous. NIL has no guidelines whatsoever. Can you say…sh*tshow?
And Ole Miss may be better than this season. Clearly not a team player.
Our kids swam together . My wife knew mom on a casual basis . I’ve talked to mom a few times . Really nice lady . Dad seems that way to me on a personal basis, but maybe he’s just more reserved . From a vibe standpoint , they really felt like the Wisconsin fans and team were tighter regardless of the games outcome .

That is absolutely not true. Both Todd and his wife are very loyal Penn State alums... the issue was we didn't really recruit the older son and he wanted to forge his own path in Madison. The parents were very supportive of their kids making their own choices. Nolan followed his brother more than anything. What I do not know (yet) is what changed in last few months with Nolan. We shall see.
Yes it’s true. And what you said is true . I didn’t say they bad mouthed PSU. Hayden’s best offer and fit seemed to be Wisconsin . The more times and games they attended in Madison the more they felt a family feel . They really liked the Wisconsin vibe . Nolan did also want to play with his brother. The parents were hands off .
When I said Todd was being standoffish I didn’t infer with regard to PSU but he was not engaging. Sorry for that miscommunication.
